Project – Contact Form Automation with Webflow, Make & HubSpot
For this project, I implemented an automation workflow that connects a Webflow contact form with HubSpot and an automated email confirmation. The goal was to instantly route all user questions to the internal CRM (HubSpot) while improving the user experience with a real-time confirmation email, including a copy of their asking date for validation.
This no-code setup improves response tracking, centralizes lead data, and prevents input errors — all without requiring any technical maintenance.
Project Summary
- Designed and configured a contact form in Webflow
- Connected the form to a workflow using Make (Integromat)
- Automatically pushed each submission to HubSpot as a new contact
- Sent a confirmation email to the user with their dates included
- Improved UX by giving users immediate feedback and confirmation submission

Automation Setup – From Form Submission to HubSpot
The process starts with a user submitting a question or dates through a Webflow form. This form includes fields for name, email, and message.
Once the form is submitted:
- Make detects the new entry via Webhook.
- The submission is parsed and:
- A new HubSpot contact or ticket is created with the relevant info.
- An email is automatically sent to the user, confirming that their message was received.
This setup ensures that all leads are captured in real-time in the CRM, and that no message is lost or overlooked.

User Experience – Confirmation Email with Message Review
To improve user confidence and reduce errors, each form submission triggers an automated confirmation email sent to the user. This email:
- Confirms that their message was successfully received
- Repeats the selected booking dates, allowing the user to verify them
At the same time, the user’s email is automatically added to HubSpot. This enables:
- Future marketing campaigns (e.g. seasonal promotions, availability alerts)
- Follow-up emails for unanswered inquiries
- Personalized customer nurturing over time
By combining instant feedback with CRM enrichment, this approach improves trust, clarity, and future engagement — without requiring manual action.

HubSpot – CRM Integration for Long-Term Engagement
In parallel, the user’s email address is automatically added to HubSpot. This turns each inquiry into a qualified contact, allowing for:
- Future email marketing campaigns (e.g. seasonal promotions, availability updates)
- Automated follow-up sequences for unanswered requests
- A growing CRM database that helps personalize user engagement and improve retention
This dual automation — real-time confirmation for the user, plus CRM enrichment for the business — strengthens both short-term clarity and long-term relationship building.

Final Outcome
This automation created a seamless loop between the user and the support team — ensuring all questions are:
- Instantly received and stored in HubSpot
- Confirmed to the user with a clear, transparent email
- Processed with no delay or manual effort
By leveraging no-code tools like Webflow and Make, I built a simple yet robust support workflow that improves lead management, support speed, and user trust — while remaining fully maintainable and scalable.
